Standard Policy
Rescheduling
|
- Classes can only be rescheduled 1 month before the intended class start date(s).
- The date(s) may be delayed up to (i) one month from the original delivery date(s); or (ii) six months from the quotation confirmation date, whichever is sooner.
- The above policy is subject to the availability of instructors.

Cancellation
|
Class cancellations will not be entertained.

School Suspension Policy
This policy applies where there is a government-mandated school suspension due to the COVID-19 pandemic or any other concerns which impacts students’ and/or teachers’ ability to attend school physically.
Class Format
|
- All scheduled classes shall transition to an online delivery format at the pre-agreed time(s) and date(s).

Rescheduling
|
- For classes that can be delivered online, the rescheduling policy will follow the standard policy listed above.
- For classes not available in an online delivery format, classes can be rescheduled to a date within 30 days from the resumption of in-person classes.
- For class rescheduling due to a change in the school academic timetable, please reach out to your account manager. We will evaluate each request on a case by case basis.

Cancellation

Class cancellations will not be entertained.

In all cases stated above, the payment date agreed in the quotation, invoice or other agreements remains unchanged and where there is a reference to delivery date(s), the original delivery date(s) shall be used.
