It’s an honour to receive the “Best Employer Award” in recognition of our efforts to create a collaborative and supportive working environment for our employees amid the pandemic.
The pandemic created a plethora of challenges to workforces across the world, our founders Dylan Kwan and Tim Lee instigated initiatives that would enable the Caprikon Education team to not only sustain, but to thrive and continue to meet the needs of our clients in a very challenging time. Initiatives include flexible work-from-home arrangements, the provision of personal protective equipment and pandemic-appropriate social activities upon which we can continue to build company culture while respecting social distancing rules.
More than ever before, a little bit of kindness and understanding goes a long long way. We hope that everyone comes out of this pandemic stronger and healthier.
