Introduction
Caprikon Education Tech Innovation Challenge aims to provide students with exposure to technologies and encourage student interest in programming logic and text-based coding by partnering with CodeCombat, an online code learning platform for students.

Rules & Regulation
- Students will form teams of two to enter the competition.
- Each school can register an unlimited number of student teams for the competition.
- Each participating student team can learn via the self-study computer science and Python courses online, compete against other teams in the CodeCombat arena. Student teams will be ranked automatically by the system and they can view their ranking against other teams.
- The top 16 student teams will enter the final competition. The finalist teams will compete against other teams in person at a designated venue.
- If the code base of any two teams is found to be identical or indicates that there was any sharing or copying of code, both teams will be disqualified
- Caprikon Education may make changes from time to time and reserves all rights related to the competition.
Prizes
Grand prizes for the champion team of each division:
- Senior Secondary School (S4-S6): Gold trophy & opportunity to represent HK at CodeCombat’s annual competition at Stanford University in San Francisco, U.S.A.
- Junior Secondary School (S1-S3): Gold trophy & a tour to visit headquarters of tech companies in Seattle, U.S.A.
- Senior Primary School (P4-P6): Gold trophy & a local tech tour to visit multinational tech companies, AI startups, and tech incubators in Hong Kong

- Schools with more than 100 student teams completed CodeCombat Computer Science 1: Gold Prize with a certificate and a free session of seminar
- Schools with more than 75 student teams completed CodeCombat Computer Science 1: Silver Prize
- Schools with more than 50 student teams completed CodeCombat Computer Science 1: Bronze Prize
- Teachers:
- Teachers of finalist teams and high participation schools will receive an Outstanding Teacher certificate
